I love photographing high school seniors. There is so much joy in their academic and personal accomplishments. And there is so much excitement for their life adventures ahead of them. Its a passage of time that should be celebrated. And these gorgeous portraits will forever be cherished by this graduate’s parents as their child ventures off into their next stage in life.
A graduation is such a major accomplishment. And having graduation portraits is a lovely way to record this momentous event and to celebrate! That’s what this accomplished law school graduate gifted to herself….visual memories that she can look back on forever with such pride. I can’t wait to see her blossom in her future law career and life. The best is yet to come for her!
I love when families come to NYC and want to celebrate their visit in a special way. That’s what this North Carolina family did recently. Way back when, these parents lived here for a number of years when they started out in their careers. Years later as they raised their kids in the South, they passed on their love for the Big Apple to their children. Now, with their graduating Senior…New York City was calling them back. It was the only destination they envisioned for their son - for his special Senior Portraits. We certainly hit it out of the park - these senior and family portraits are EPIC. And I am so honored that I was the one to record all the love and happiness.
In most parts of the country, seniors celebrate this graduation milestone by having their Senior Portraits taken. It is a tradition year after year with each passing graduating class. Its a perfect way to memorialize this transition from high school teenager into young adult.
More than ever, it is important because in such an isolating year dominated by all things Covid, Senior Portraits are the best way to document a graduating senior’s journey so far and to celebrate it. It is the best time of their life to capture their youthful innocence and their unique personality. This portrait session also gives the senior dedicated time to feel special while the photo experience and portraits will increase their self-esteem and confidence.
The senior and their family will be able to look back on these important portraits with pride as they see visual evidence of how significant they were at this pivotal moment in their lives.

When high school seniors are applying to College Acting programs, professional acting headshots are essential. This Senior is obsessing over her new acting headshots and her parents are in awe on how fast she has grown up and the next stages in front of them. So many milestones to celebrate and I’m happy to be a part of their journey.
I loved photographing this sibling duo at my studio recently. We had so much fun capturing classic portraits that their parents will adore FOREVER. During our session, we got to celebrate all the LOVE that these siblings have for one another while also capturing their unique personalities! And to top it off…capturing big sis in her favorite activity…being a gorgeous + elegant ballerina. I love the happiness I bring to this family by delivering visual memories that last a lifetime. These kids are only this age once. It all goes by way too fast.

I love photographing the same families year after year. It’s like we grow up together….my business matures and so do my clients’ kids. And when they move from Manhattan or Brooklyn to the suburbs - I hope that our relationship continues on. Luckily that is what happened with this awesome family. I have photographed them for almost 10 years. So when they moved from Brooklyn to a charming NJ suburb - they did not hesitate to call me for their next family portrait session.
